Welcome to my live monthly workshop page, I run one regular session a month from February through till November, this is located in Robertsbridge, East Sussex. There is a theme for each workshop and I'll be providing short demonstrations which reflect the theme, how to approach the subject and particular elements to consider. The workshops are fun, challenging and you'll be guided through with plenty of one to ones. Numbers of attendees for each workshop are between 18 - 21. The workshops cost £40 per session, £10 of which is required as a non refundable deposit for each session booked. Free parking: Venue has large car park.
Refreshments; Tea and coffee are available throughout the day, please bring along your own lunches and snacks.

Materials List Here is the list of the acrylic colours and brushes that I use. DON'T PANIC if you don't have the colours, brand or brushes suggested as these are just recommendations, please bring along what you have. If you would like to work in a different medium or just draw that's fine as well.
Paints: Amsterdam Standard Acrylics, 120ml tubes *Yellow Lemon Yellow Medium *Pyrrole Red Primary Magenta Permanent Blue Violet Brilliant Blue *Primary Cyan *Phthalo Green *Yellow Ochre Burnt Sienna *Titanium White, artist quality * symbol for most essential colours
Brushes: Daler Rowney System 3, Flat Wash, brushes in the following sizes Size 19mm Size 25mm Sky Flow Wash 1 ½”, 2 inch
Additional materials: Water pot Mixing tray or scrap paper
Easels: We have a limited number of basic table easels which you can use on the day, or bring your own.
Reference: I recommend bringing your own reference material Feel free to bring photographs based on the theme of the workshop, I will have 2 - 3 folders of photographic references that you can work from.
Canvas/pads:I always work on canvas but acrylic or watercolour pads or primed board are fine. If you are painting on canvas bring a couple along at least A3 in size.
